Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable only if:

• Item received is defective or incorrect

• Request is made within 7 days of receiving the item

• Item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact

Non-Refundable Items

• Sale or discounted items

• Used or damaged items caused by customer handling

• Accessories and innerwear (for hygiene reasons)

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–14 working days after inspection.

Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

· Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase or before shipment confirmation by contacting our customer service afiya.marketing@sst.my

· Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible

Out-of-Stock or System Error

If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, Afiya by Siti Nurhaliza will notify the customer and issue a full refund.
